No problem! You can exchange most items sold by The Fun Store (Pty) Ltd within 30 days of delivery.
Here’s How:

- Request an Exchange Form.
- Package item(s) Securely.
- Courier to arrange Collection.
Important Notes:
- Exchange items must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition.
- Once we receive your exchange, we’ll inspect and process a Store Voucher / Credit, for the amount of the original purchase consideration, excluding shipping / delivery charges, within 5 to 7 business days.
