Got a Defective Item?

We apologize if you received a defective item. We stand by the quality of our products and offer repairs or replacements for any item found to be defective within 6 (six) months of delivery.

Here’s How:

  2. Request a Defects Form
  3. Picture and or Video confirmation may be requested for assessment.
  4. If requested – Package item(s) Securely for Collection by Courier.

Important Notes:

  • Proof of Purchase (receipt or order confirmation) will be required.
  • Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty.
  • Should a repair or replacement not be possible, we will process a refund or store voucher / credit, for the amount of the original purchase consideration, excluding shipping / delivery charges, within 5 to 7 business days.
