Hassle-Free Returns:
You can return most items sold by The Fun Store (Pty) Ltd within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
What Can’t Be Returned?
A few exceptions apply:
- Digital products: Electronic vouchers, gaming codes, downloadable content.
- Opened media: Unsealed audio/video recordings, computer software.
- Hygiene products: Unsealed nursing/maternity products, bottles, feeding items.
- Personal items: Used beauty products, fragrances, intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings, piercing & pierced jewellery.
- Personalized items: Made to your specifications or customized with names or designs.
- Assembled product: Flatpack product that has been assembled after delivery.
Easy Returns Process:

- Package item(s) Securely.
- Courier to arrange Collection.
Important Notes:
- Returned items must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect and process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
